Viivikonna is a village inNarva-Jõesuu municipality,Ida-Viru County in northeasternEstonia.[1] Once, it was known as a "centralmining town" in Estonia, but today, it is a remote and near-abandoned village.[2][3][4] Prior to the 2017administrative reform of local governments, Viivikonna was a neighbourhood and a distant exclave of the city ofKohtla-Järve.
