TheVictoriaville Tigres are a Canadianjunior ice hockey team that plays in theQuebec Maritimes Junior Hockey League. The team is based inVictoriaville, Quebec. The team plays its home games at theColisée Desjardins.
The franchise was granted for the1982–83 season inLongueuil,Quebec, where they were known as theLongueuil Chevaliers. In 1987, the team moved to Victoriaville by owner,Gilles Lupien.[1] The Tigres won thePresident's Cup in 2002 and 2021 and went to the2002 Memorial Cup finals, which they lost to theKootenay Ice.[2]
