Valentina Vitalyevna Ogiyenko (Russian:Валенти́на Вита́льевна Огие́нко, born 26 May 1965) is a Russian formervolleyball player and three-time Olympian who was a member of theSoviet Union women's national volleyball team that won the gold medal at the1988 Summer Olympics inSeoul.[1] She was selected as the Best Player of the Year by theInternational Volleyball Federation in 1989.[2]

In 2019, Ogiyenko was inducted into theInternational Volleyball Hall of Fame.[2]
