Väddö is an island in theBaltic Sea inRoslagen district,Sweden.[1] It is situated inNorrtälje Municipality. Together with the adjoined Björkö it is considered the seventh largest island of Sweden.
Väddö is separated from the mainland by the artificialVäddö Canal, first dug in the16th century.
