However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (seeour policy for non-free media).

Hello, Vanja. For some time I have been wondering about the best approach to dealing with an SPI with a CU request which I feel is not needed. I thought it might be informative to have the opinions of a clerk and/or a CU on the matter. I have asked Yamla about it, and he has given what I think is a very reasonable answer, but I should be interested to hear your opinion, from a clerk's point of view. I noticed that it is a derivative work of a photo, that, according to the license on Commons, is in the public domain, see the license ofcommons:File:Kozarčanka - Milja Marin.jpg#Licensing.
