If it was in objection to the move oran alternate title was proposed because the proposed title isn't suitable, then I think the best option would be to relist. Would not recommend closing as no consensus in these cases as it can be seen as shutting down the RM before any discussion has been had towards these points, after a relist however is probably fine.Tenshi!
