Hey - what I said in response to Nil Einne was that the block notice may be removed - it has been. What policy requires is that declined unblock requests be kept here. I tried to be clear in my response but Migsmiggs, you've misunderstood what I was saying if you think I was saying you were allowed to remove the declined unblock requests. You're not as long as you are blocked. What I was trying to say is you could remove the notice you received about being blocked, but you had to keep the requests you made to be unblocked which had been declined. Basically you need to keep your talk page as it is now except you can also remove all the comments here under "Block notice versus declined unblock requests".
