A tag has been placed onCategory:Burmese MLBB clans requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done undersection C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the category has been empty for seven days or more and is not adisambiguation category, acategory redirect, afeatured topics category, under discussion atCategories for discussion, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you maycontest the nomination byvisiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line withWikipedia's policies and guidelines.LizRead!Talk!18:19, 21 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
The article will be discussed atWikipedia:Articles for deletion/Khin Khin Gyi until a consensus is reached, and anyone, including you, is welcome to contribute to the discussion. Hello Hteiktinhein,
I wanted to let you know that I just taggedThae Su Nyein for deletion, because it's a redirect from an article title to anamespace that's not for articles.
If you don't want Thae Su Nyein to be deleted, you cancontest this deletion, but don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.
You can leave a note onmy talk page if you have questions. Thanks!

Hi Hteiktinhein, I just wanted to let you know that I haveadded theautopatrolled user right to your account. This means that pages you create will automatically be marked as 'reviewed', and no longer appear in thenew pages feed. Autopatrolled is assigned to prolific creators of articles, where those articles do not require further review, and may have beenrequested on your behalf by someone else. It doesn't affect how you edit; it is used only to manage the workload ofnew page patrollers.
Since the articles you create will no longer be systematically reviewed by other editors, it is important that you maintain the high standard you have achieved so far in all your future creations. Please also try to remember to add relevantWikiProject templates, stub tags, categories, andincoming links to them, if you aren't already in the habit; user scripts such asRater andStubSorter can help with this. As you have already shown that you have a strong grasp of Wikipedia'score content policies, you might also consider volunteering to become anew page patroller yourself, helping to uphold the project's standards and encourage other good faith article writers.
Feel free to leave me a message if you have any questions. Happy editing!—Femke 🐦 (talk)12:47, 25 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]

You have recently edited a page related toarticles aboutliving or recently deceased people, and edits relating to the subject (living or recently deceased) of such biographical articles, a topic designated ascontentious. This is a brief introduction to contentious topics anddoesnot imply that there are any issues with your editing.
A special set of rules applies to certain topic areas, which are referred to ascontentious topics. These are specially designated topics that tend to attract more persistent disruptive editing than the rest of the project and have been designated as contentious topics by theArbitration Committee. When editing a contentious topic, Wikipedia's norms and policies are more strictly enforced, and Wikipediaadministrators have an expanded level of powers and discretion in order to reduce disruption to the project.
Within contentious topics, editors should editcarefully and constructively, refrain from disrupting the encyclopedia, and:
Editors are advised to err on the side of caution if unsure whether making a particular edit is consistent with these expectations. If you have any questions about contentious topicsprocedures, you may ask them at thearbitration clerks' noticeboard or you may learn more about this contentious topichere. You may also choose to note which contentious topics you know about by using the{{Ctopics/aware}} template.

HelloHteiktinhein, the biographies of living persons policy prohibits restoring content others have removed in good faith without having found a consensus to do so, for example on the article's talk page.
To ensure that material about living people is written neutrally to a high standard, and based on high-quality reliable sources, theburden of proof is on those who wish to retain, restore, or undelete the disputed material.
When material about living persons has been deleted on good-faith BLP objections, any editor wishing to add, restore, or undelete it must ensure it complies with Wikipedia's content policies. If it is to be restored without significant change, consensus must be obtained first. Material that has been repaired to address concerns should be judged on a case-by-case basis.
— Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons § Restoration
If youedit war disputed content back into an article, you may beblocked from editing to prevent it from continuing, while those removing the material can rely on an exception described atWP:3RRNO's number 7 and wouldn't be blocked for their participation in the same edit war.
Furthermore, the verifiability policy (sectionsWP:ONUS andWP:BURDEN) is in favor of keeping material removed, even in non-biographies, unless the verifiability is proven and a consensus has been found for inclusion.
Thank you very much for creating a talk page discussion about this. I have now invitedSkywatcher68,Plasticwonder andMaelle887766 to it on their talk pages using{{Please see}}. If there is a consensus to restore the material, please let me know (after a week or two at minimum, so thatMaelle887766 had the chance to find the discussion and to reply as well).
Best regards,
~ ToBeFree (talk)09:38, 17 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Given that several days have passed since the nomination was closed, and given how we generally don't re-open closed nominations except for exceptional circumstances, it is unlikely that it will be re-opened. However, if you are able to bring the article togood article status, you are free to renominate the article for DYK. Being brought to GA also likely means that whatever issues were raised in the DYK nomination would already be resolved, bolstering its chances for next time.Narutolovehinata5 (talk ·contributions)06:01, 18 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]
