No personal relationship exists between any editor on the article. your application of random templates is unwarranted and presented with no evidence. The opinion about a properly referenced primary sourced block-quote is discussed on the talk page and has no consensus for removal. It is also not policy. Please stop this activity. I will look for the NPOV that you have called out.
I hope to work with you on the project under different circumstances soon. All my bestUser:Lightburst15:03, 27 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Hello, Duffbeerforme,
Just a reminder, when you tag a page for any type of deletion (CSD, PROD, AFD/RFD/CFD/etc.), it is advised that you post a notification on the talk page of the page creator. This is typically done by making use ofTwinkle, an editing tool used by almost all page patrollers and most administrators. Once you set up your Twinkle Preferences to "Notify page creator", when you tag a page for deletion using Twinkle, the program will post a notification on your behalf. Twinkle has a lot of other handy features, you can tag articles for problems they contain, report vandals to noticeboards, welcome editors, post talk page warnings for all sorts of issues, Twinkle will even maintain deletion logs for you if you'd like to keep track of those things. I encourage you to try it out. Thank you.LizRead!Talk!00:40, 7 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
You have a weird obsession with Eric West. If his role was minor, he was all over TV promoting it. They send out actors to promote minor roles?

Hi, if you're going to revert any edits, as you did onDylan Clarke, please have a civil or sensible reason for doing it, saying it's "bs" or "bull s#!t" or using any other expletive language is not reasonable.
The fact of the matter was that it was such a very embarrassing loss forCarlton which resulted inBrendon Bolton losing his job, andPatrick Cripps would be held liable for his abysmal performance.
On that end, I would also like to know which AFL club you support, if any. If it was Carlton, I would not be surprised.Avatar5991 (talk)00:13, 11 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Hi, Duff. There was, as you no doubt know, a solid consensus atWikipedia:Deletion review/Log/2023 April 1 for overturning the speedy deletion ofList of Parkruns in the United Kingdom and related articles, so I have closed the review accordingly. You may like to take the articles to AfD, or someone else may, since several other editors expressed support for doing so. I have no personal view as to whether the articles should be deleted or not.JBW (talk)18:22, 11 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Duffbeerforme, our group,WikiProject Australian television, is currently recruiting additional editors to help edit the large project that is Australian TV. I was wondering whether you might consider joining us, since you work on Australian TV-related articles anyway. If you are interested, please add your name to the list of active participants, and see our list of open tasks. All the best,Lotsw73 (talk)12:48, 20 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Hello, Duffbeerforme,
Please useTwinkle to tag pages for any type of deletion (CSD, PROD, AFD/RFD/CFD/etc.). This will not only leave a descriptive edit summary but once you set your Twinkle Preferences to "Notify page creator", then Twinkle will post a notification on the talk page of the editor who created the page which is an important step in the deletion process. It's important to inform content creators when articles (or redirects, templates or categories) that they created are headed for deletion and the reason why. Most page patrollers and many admins use Twinkle daily because it makes editing so much easier, basically it has all of the templates you might need so you don't need to search for the appropriate one. It will allow you to easily tag articles for problems, report vandals to noticeboard, keep logs of your deletion tagging, welcome new editors, do so many tasks. I encourage you to try it out. Thank you.LizRead!Talk!04:19, 21 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

The articleRahel Romahn has beenproposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Actor with mostly small roles in various tv shows, was nominated for 2 awards in 2016 (unclear to me if this alone makes him notable or not, the AACTA nomination appears to be the reason the article was created in the first place).
Going off theNotability (people) guidelines he appears to not be notable.
First time doing this, apologies if I did something wrong.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may bedeleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the{{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in youredit summary or onthe article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing{{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop theproposed deletion process, but otherdeletion processes exist. In particular, thespeedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, andarticles for deletion allows discussion to reachconsensus for deletion.Abandonee (talk)19:20, 10 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. I'm not an expert on Azalia Snail, but I'm generally interested in the part of the music world in which she's notable, and while visiting her page I noticed the flag you'd posted suggesting there may have been undisclosed editing for pay. This was five years ago, and I don't see anything on the talk page elaborating on the alleged problem or discussing it in any way. I'm wondering what the upshot of this is—whether something explaining the flagging could be added to the talk page (if you still recall the details after all this time); or, alternatively, the flag can be removed if this was a false alarm. Thanks!Jcejhay (talk)17:17, 12 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I noticed your comment on the Mark Diamond AfD. I suggest that you strike your allegation of UPE unless you have evidence. There may be a conflict of interest (discouraged but permitted) without reason to conclude such a person was paid. And there are just super-fans who want someone they don't know to have their own article.
Arbcom has saidAn editor must not accuse another of misbehavior without evidence, especially when the accusations are repeated or severe. If accusations must be made, they should be raised, with evidence, on the user-talk page of the editor they concern or in theappropriate forums. Of course, this isn't repeated or particularly severe by AfD terms but I suggest you take that message to heart.Oblivy (talk)04:40, 1 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Just a reminder that if you come across a bad or incomplete article and choose to draftify it, youalso need to either disable or remove any categories that were on the page at the same time — drafts can't be in categories perWP:DRAFTNOCAT, so if you don't disable or remove the categories, then you're just making more work for other people. You tagged this article on February 13 withA major contributor to this article appears to have a close connection with its subject
and an edit summary of "paid for spam". The paid editor complied withWP:PAID. The draft article went through theArticles for Creation process and was accepted. The whole purpose of the paid contributions disclosure and the requirement for such editors to go through AfC is to provide a legitimate path to create an article. The article was discussed at theTeahouse last October, where I became aware of it. If you are concerned enough to tag the article, you should be concerned enough to explain your reasoning on the article talk page.Cullen328 (talk)09:22, 21 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

You stated that he only has "Lots of small parts but no significant roles in notable productions" which is correct, Luke has a lot of small parts but he has been part of big productions like Academy Award winning Jojo Rabbit (2019), as other awards in the 2019/2020 Award Season from Twentieth Century Fox under the ownership of Disney and the controversial The Flash (2023) film from DC Studios, as well being part of Anne Rice's Interview With The Vampire (2022) from AMC. The page was discussed back in February there was no evidence provided to state that he only has indie productions when he has been working in big studio movies but with small roles. Would appreciate a bit more of clarification in the future discussions before deletion.Moonhowlter (talk)07:31, 25 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

I notice that you tagged the pageDylan Verrechia for speedy deletion with the reason "G11 advertising". While that's a valid reason for speedy deletion in general, this page does not qualify for speedy deletion under that criterion because the article was created in 2010, there are non-problematic versions in the history that you can revert to rather than deleting. If you still want the page to be deleted, please consider tagging it with aspeedy deletion template which does apply, redirecting it to another page, proposing the page for deletion if it appears to be an uncontroversial matter, or taking the page toWikipedia:Articles for deletion for a wider discussion. Thanks!Stifle (talk)08:19, 31 July 2025 (UTC)[reply]
I do see what you mean now about the promotional editing. I've given the user a warning and some advice. It's possible but admittedly very unlikely that they are unrelated to Verrechia in some form or fashion. My personal thought is that they are a separate person who was paid or otherwise asked to come edit Wikipedia for the director. It's also suspicious that they started editing around the same time that another editor with the same MO stopped. A look shows a similar chain of single purpose editors coming to Wikipedia. Offhand I see JonasRiis, Cafasaqui, the director himself (obv), and a string of IP addresses. Ottomortimer is also likely part of the group, as they made one edit and that was to the director's article.
I'm actually starting to lean towards TNTing the lot and leaving it up for someone unrelated to create, because the edit history is so rife with single purpose editors. The director's article needs an almost complete re-write and beyond that, it will need to be monitored because of a clear history of either sockpuppetry or undisclosed paid editing.ReaderofthePack(formerly Tokyogirl79) (。◕‿◕。)16:36, 31 July 2025 (UTC)[reply]
