Thank you foryour contributions to Wikipedia. Regarding your recent edits toWilliam Henry Ford when you modified the page, you introducedunknown parameters. Just because you specify|some_param=some_variable does not always mean that variable will display. The|some_param= must be defined in the template. You can look at the documentation for the template you are using but it is also helpful to use thepreview button before you save your edit; this helps you find any errors you have made and ensure that the values you have added are displaying correctly. Below the edit box is aShow preview button. Pressing this will show you what the page will look like without actually saving it. It is strongly recommended that you use this before saving. If you have any questions, contact thehelp desk for assistance.Thank you.Zackmann (Talk to me/What I been doing)19:31, 29 September 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Hi Sir! My edits were made in good faith and were not intended to copy in toto from the cited sources. The material I added consists of factual details about Justice Geraldez’s career, appointment, and death, which are non-copyrightable under both Philippine and international copyright law. Any similarity in phrasing is incidental and stems from the obituary-style reporting of these events in the cited sources.
I understand the concern about close paraphrasing and I am willing to rephrase to avoid any appearance of overlap. However, I respectfully submit that the information itself is factual and permissible under Wikipedia’s guidelines. Similar cases, such asGeorgina Hidalgo andEdilberto Sandoval, have shown that government or factual biographical material can be presented without being a copyright violation, provided it is properly paraphrased and sourced.

You can't see the content or metadata, but you can see that theyexist. Check the editor's total number of contributions. Often with these UPE sleepers you'll see they've already got a dozen or so - on an article we deleted a year or more ago. --asilvering (talk)12:55, 6 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, @Dclemens1971, thank you for reviewingAbdul Karim Bangura article. I have since moved it to Draftspace upon reading your feedback, so I can effectively redo the article addressing all the concerns raised. However, @Zzz plant nominated it for speedy deletion because I apparently moved it from mainspace to draftspace. I wasn't aware that this was not acceptable. Could you assist in moving the article intoAFC as I do not have the power to do that myself? Thank you.SyzygyRebel (talk)08:37, 9 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]
