The material I added consists of factual details about Justice Geraldez’s career, appointment, and death, which are non-copyrightable under both Philippine and international copyright law. I have since moved it to Draftspace upon reading your feedback, so I can effectively redo the article addressing all the concerns raised. However, @Zzz plant nominated it for speedy deletion because I apparently moved it from mainspace to draftspace. I wasn't aware that this was not acceptable. SyzygyRebel Speedy deletion of a redirect left behind after draftification is a normal procedural move. If you think the article is ready to submit to AfC, then there's a big blue "submit" button near the top of the article. Clicking that will put it into the queue for AfC review. Please note: I don't see any new sources since the last time I reviewed it, and I still don't see evidence that the guy isnotable (claims about him being the "most educated person in the world" in Nigerian news outlets are fluff and do not stand up to scrutiny). @SyzygyRebel Nope, you can keep working on it in draftspace indefinitely! Just be sure to edit it every six months so it doesn't get deleted from draftspace due to inactivity. @TheGreatestBigC Editors introduced large amounts of text that constitutedcopyright violations, not because they were verbatim copying but because they wereclose paraphrases of copyrighted material.
