I do not understand why you reverted the edits I made. I spent hours researching this. You can go to the New Jersey Court Website,eCourts Civil Case Jacket and look at Case No. 0088648-20 and see that Scanlan was dismissed before the case every even started against him. That who discussion is demonstrable false.
Footnote 10 does not even mention him.
The other cites fail under even the slightest epistemic scrutiny. As a lawyer for 25 years, I can say with metaphysical certitude that scurrilous allegations are easy to make, hard to disprove, and rarely should be dignified with propagation.Jdfoxjd (talk)14:56, 17 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]

The PROD tag on this article was removed when it was converted to a Redirect which happens a lot with PROD'd articles. You shouldn't have added it back when you reverted this edit.
