I understand the background thinking for this. However, I do not think these are really "broken" anchors. Because, when the redirect points to a section (anchor) that does not exist, it nicely ends up at the article in general (not a sub-position). The reader is not lost or mislead. (If there is a policy that defines this as "broken", please point to it).

@DePiep: Thanks for the message. I can't point to a policy other thanWP:ASTONISH, which you more or less address above. I totally understand your point just from a reader perspective, and a little scrolling isn't a problem. If the top of the page was acceptable, then it seems the redirect didn't need an anchor reference in the first place, though. I understand planning for growth, but it seems just as easy to add an anchor to a redirect when appropriate (if a brand new redirect isn't created in the first place).

More than anything, I was trying to clean up some of those large quantity "error" pages that tend to bog down that maintenance page. More from a maintenance standpoint than user standpoint (like removing dead code), either use an anchor or remove an anchor. (Using them seemed less labor intensive than removing them.) When you create an article like this with a "disambiguated" title, or move one to mainspace, please make sure that the reader can find it from the basic name (ieFalling Awake), by adding or expanding a hatnote, or adding the article to a disambiguation page. I agree with you that not all TR requests are valid, but the rationale provided and the sectionWP:NCTV#Non-series television seemed to support the title when I saw "game show" and "talk show" listed. I read it again and now see that those are exceptions to the rule with the default alternative being program/programme. Apologies for the oversight.
That said, starting with exceptions before the norm does require more careful reading than starting with the norm and listing the few exceptions. The project might want to consider a re-ordering of that bit to head off similar mistakes. Casual reader interpretation when deciding on an article title: "Hmm, this isn't a TVseries, so I shouldn't use that. What should I use? Down here, the first thing I see is (game show), so I'm going to jump to that conclusion and do something along the same lines." I suppose one could argue the flip side where everyone then thinks the TV program/programme is the only alternative by not finding out the exceptions further down, but it might just be the way my own brain works where that seems less likely to me. Hello,Itsalldestiny. You're welcome. It's good to expand the encyclopedia with new content. A stub doesn't really mean much to the average reader, but it just means that the overall length of the article is pretty short and can be built upon further.WP:STUBDEF has a few interpretations, but one of them is under 250 words (andOtakukart comes in at ~161 words). To most people it is just going to mean that it is short. Some people might be more literal and say if there is nothing more to say about the topic, it shouldn't be a stub, but the average reader doesn't pay attention to those assessments. If you disagree, then you are free to remove that assessment, and someone might re-assess at a later date. I haven't seen that happen much, though. Honestly, the whole process is not given much attention as far as I have seen until people try to get a"Good article" or"Featured article" assessment.

How can you tell the page is marked as noindex? I'm not as familiar with that, but I believe that it is because it has not been "patrolled" by theNew pages patrol system. When it is marked as reviewed by them, then it can be found by search engines (Ithink that is removing the noindex flag). It can be a bit confusing with two similar processes, but theWP:Articles for Creation process is optional (unless it is a fairly new editor, first article, etc.), whereas theWP:NPP process is mandatory for all new articles. Hello,Crafterstar. I'm not quite sure what you mean about being deleted. There is no policy that that redirect needs to be deleted, because redirects areWP:CHEAP. I'm not sure moving it would have been the right solution, either, though, since it looks like it was originally intended for a different subject and might then need aWP:HISTSPLIT. It can always be retargetted if you see use in doing so, but that specific title is technically ambiguous asThe Phantom of the Opera (film) applies to multiple works (about seven other films).
I did not know this redirect existed because it did not show up when I started searching for similar titles. The closest that popped up wereDraft:Phantom of the Opera (upcoming film) andDraft:The Phantom of the Opera (Russian TV series). It might be worth pointing out that a cross-namespace redirect from Draft to Main will not show up in the search bar drop down unless the title matchesexactly. Here's some extra clarification.latestnews.fresherslive.com seems to be the best reference provided (and which I gave most consideration for) since it has the most in-depth coverage. However, after looking more carefully, I can't actually find a masthead or staff/about page on the site that lists the editorial oversight used to meetreliable source requirements. I'll still give it benefit of the doubt, but be cautious putting too much notability weight on a site that doesn't make this readily available. The second referencenettv4u does not contribute to notability as there is zero prose written to meet thesignificant coverage aspect. The third referencewww.sunnetwork.in is from an actual TV network and is therefore not independent; it also does not provide any significant coverage. The remaining references were discounted asTimes of India as it is listed as marginal as a reliable source (WP:TOI). I might give it benefit of the doubt since this is entertainment vice politics; however, these sources were already present when the article was draftified hereSpecial:Diff/1042532874. Further References 5, 6, 7 don't actually apply to the version of the show in the draft. They really confer notability to the original show (likewise for Ref 8, but at least it applies to this version). Ref 5 is the only one that might help, but it does not even have an author in the byline and most of the prose is not actually about this show, it briefly mentions her casting, but then goes on to talk about another show she was in and it's potential remake.
As I said in my original comment, though, reviews of the show are the best way to demonstrate notability. If nobody has written a review saying "This episode was great", or "This episode was terrible", or anything else about the show, notability is seriously brought into question; it would seem to be just a show on TV that nobody talks about. @Blackknight1234567890, what kind of help are you really looking for (sorry for the late reply)? Do you want some advice on what it would take to make these articles ready for main article space? Are you looking for someone to write the article? I can touch up some things, but I don't think I'll be doing research into how to do a serious expansion.

I think the skeleton is there for the Batwheels page, and you probably just need to wait for it to air and then get a couple reviews once it does. Ideally you should build a basic Production section describing how the series was created. The references that are already in the article are good enough for that, they just need to be summarized into a simple paragraph.

For Superman '78, the page needs a lot of work, but given that the series has already been printed, it should be able to meet notability requirements pretty quick. You should pick out some reviews fromComicBookRoundUp, and make a reception section. I'll throw in an overall rating, but NPP patrollers usually want more than just the aggregator. Browse for reviews from sites that make their editorial oversight clear (Multiversity, ComicBook.com, AIPT, Major Spoilers are a few I recall). Then you can have it published, even without a plot section, and then you can build the plot out from there. In main space, you may get some other contributors as well. @Magical Golden Whip, my edit to remove the categoriesCategory:2023 films andCategory:Upcoming films was done because those categories are already active on the article. Because{{Film date}} is used in the page, these categories are automatically populated until the release date used in the template passes, at which pointCategory:Upcoming films will be automatically removed. Now, if we wish to have the categories listed at the bottom of the page just for the sake of it, there is nothing wrong with that because the categories will only be rendered once. You'll notice right now that when you look at the page, the Upcoming films and 2023 films categories are listed first, despite them not being in that order at the bottom of the source code page. This is because these two categories are effectively the first categories listed by the template, and then the categories at the bottom of the source code are just ignored since they are effectively duplicate categories listed again. I felt that since there were more than one (multiple) RS covering the filming independently, that it was previously ready, but I decided to wait until a release year was published to finalize the dab and avoid anyWP:UFILM redirects, which happened today. (Another source covered thishere, but didn't really add much that wasn't covered by the other two.) That was strictly based on the GNG of what makes something notable as opposed to a new achievement of sorts. Some sites are reporting thatTrap andGood Grades are the same film. It began withthis site reporting it. NowCollider has picked up on it andthis site says, "UPDATE: It looks as though Josh Hartnett stars in the film. "Good Grades" is said to be the same film that Shyamalan was shooting earlier in the summer ("Trap") before it had to pause its production due to the strike". This isWP:OR on my part and I’m no RS, but the presence of Good Grades on the SAG-AFTRA interim agreements list made me think it was totally different (even if a working title) mainly because WB is associated with distributingTrap, and Warners is still a struck company, while a unique production company seems to have been set up forGood Grades.
