Being the 10th person to climb 5.15a in America does not make you a notable climber (i.e. unlike being onthis list); his repeat ofJaws II (which is itself, not a notable climb, unlike sayJumbo Love), isat best a case of BLP1E. There is noWP:SIGCOV on Palmer in the climbing media perWP:NCLIMBER, and he gets little coverage outside of passing mentions/namechecks. I removedWP:RS that was from blogs and sponsors. Happy to do this as anWP:AFD but thought I would use PROD first.
