Hi, I'm Mackensen. My real name is Charles. I have been a Wikipedian sinceAugust 24,2003, and anadministrator sinceSeptember 30,2004. I have served as aCheckUser andOversighter and have twice served on theArbitration Committee. I served one term on theWikimedia Foundation'sOmbudsman commission (2007–2009). I was also a founding member of theAudit Subcommittee.

These days I edit articles about railways and college football. I can be found here, onCommons, and onWikidata. I do a lot with European railway lines and stations, including reconciling data issues between the three projects. I have access to the Schweers + Wall railway atlases for Switzerland, Germany (2020 edition), Austria, Italy + Slovenia, and France (volume I), and also the 2010 edition ofSchienennetz Schweiz.
