Sometimes an editor will try to keep unwanted content out of an article by erroneously claiming that the sourcing used is "notWP:MEDRS".

While Wikipedia does have theWP:MEDRS sourcing guideline to help write high-quality articles, these guidelines only apply to certain kinds of content. This is explained in more detail atWP:Biomedical information.

Insisting thatWP:MEDRS applies tonon-biomedical content is disruptive and does not help to build an encyclopedia.
