I love editing pages about popular subjects, but I find that I do my best work when banging out massive expansions to pages which receive minimal amounts of attention from other editors. It's rather peaceful practice to edit in solace, and I find that makinggood articles from these kinds of pages is both much quicker and smoother. Oftentimes though, whether it comes down to long-term encyclopedic expansion or making a goal to attain a good article, collaboration is the best.
