Umeclidinium bromide/vilanterol, sold under the brand nameAnoro Ellipta, among others, is afixed-dose combination medication for the treatment ofchronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).[5][6] It is administered by inhalation.
The most common side effects includeupper respiratory tract infections,urinary tract infections,pharyngitis,sinusitis,nasopharyngitis, headache, cough,oropharyngeal pain, constipation and dry mouth.[4]
