A middleweight bout betweenRoman Kopylov and Brunno Ferreira was scheduled for this event.[5] However, Kopylov withdrew from the fight afterappendicitis surgery and the bout was scrapped.[6]
A featherweight bout between Danny Silva and Dennis Buzukja was expected to take place at the event.[7] However, Silva withdrew due to injury and was replaced by Francis Marshall in a lightweight bout.[8]
