TheTyson Invitational, is an annual indoortrack and field meet which is held in early February at theRandal Tyson Track Center. It was first held inTrack Capital of the South, inFayetteville, Arkansas.
The competition is part ofNational Collegiate Athletic Association's Indoor[1] and attracts high caliber athletes, includingOlympic andWorld medalists.[2]
Over the course of its history, oneworld record has been set at the Tyson Invitational.
