Tuljapur Assembly constituency is one of theMaharashtra Vidhan Sabha (legislative assembly) constituencies, inMaharashtra state in western India.[1]
Tuljapur (constituency number 241) is one of the four Vidhan Sabha constituencies located inOsmanabad district. It covers the entireTuljapur tehsil and part of theOsmanabad tehsil of this district.[2] The number of electors in 2009 was 298,290 (male 159,017, female 139,273).[3]
Tuljapur is part ofOsmanabad Lok Sabha constituency along with five other Vidhan Sabha constituencies, namelyParanda,Umarga andOsmanabad in Osmanabad district,Barshi in theSolapur district andAusa inLatur district.[4]
