Tuguegarao longganisa, also known as theYbanag longganisa, is aFilipino porksausage originating from theYbanag people ofTuguegarao City,Cagayan. It is a type ofde recadolongganisa. It is made with coarsely ground pork, black pepper, garlic, coarse salt, and cane vinegar (ideallysukang iloko) inhog casings. It is typically dyed orange oryellowish[1] withachuete oil.[2][3][4][5]
