Tube rice pudding (Chinese:筒仔米糕;pinyin:Tǒng zǐ mǐ gāo;Pe̍h-ōe-jī:tâng-á-bí-ko) is a Taiwanese dish consisting of a stir-friedglutinous rice mixture that is seasoned and steamed in abamboo tube.
