Triguna Sen (24 December 1905 – 11 January 1998) was the 6thUnion Minister for Education for theGovernment of India. He was awarded thePadma Bhushan in 1965.[1] He was first Vice-Chancellor ofJadavpur University (from 1956 to 1966) and 11th Vice-Chancellor ofBanaras Hindu University. He was a member of theRajya Sabha from 1967 to 1974.[2] He was a member of Governing Body as a Guest lecturer forVijaygarh Jyotish Ray College ( Jadavpur).
