Tourville-la-Rivière (French pronunciation:[tuʁvillaʁivjɛʁ]) is acommune in theSeine-Maritimedepartment in theNormandy region in northernFrance.
A smallfarming andlight industrial town situated by the banks of theSeine, some 9 miles (14 km) south ofRouen at the junction of the D144, D7 and the D13 roads.
Junction 21 of theA13 autoroute is within the commune's borders.SNCF operates aTER rail service to the town. A huge newshopping centre was opened here in 2006.
