Topiroxostat (INN; trade namesTopiloric,Uriadec) is a drug for the treatment ofgout andhyperuricemia.^[1] It was approved for use in Japan in June 2013.^[1]

Topiroxostat is axanthine oxidase inhibitor which reduces serumurate levels.^[2]
