Thomas Eugene Regner (April 19, 1944 – November 13, 2014)[1] was an American professionalfootball player who was aguard for six seasons with theHouston Oilers of theAmerican Football League (AFL) andNational Football League (NFL). He playedcollege football for theNotre Dame Fighting Irish, earning consensusAll-American honors in 1966. He was traded along with a1973 third-round selection (61st overall–Bill Olds) from the Oilers to theBaltimore Colts forBill Curry on January 29, 1973.[2][3]
