"The intermittent rain had stopped one Wednesday morning last month when Delran High product Todd Lowber, the rawest Minnesota Vikings rookie wide receiver, lined up against third-year cornerback Ronyell Whitaker in a one-on-one drill.... Before that, Lowber couldn't precisely remember the last time he caught a football. Middle school, he thought, probably at the apartment complex where his family lived in Delran."
