Toccoa Creek is astream in theU.S. state ofGeorgia.^[1]

Toccoa Creek carriesToccoa Falls, a 186-foot (57 m) waterfall.^[2]

Toccoa comes from theCherokee word "Tagwâ′hĭ," meaning "beautiful" or "Catawba place."^[3]
