Tim Fleming (born August 19, 1982)[1] is anAmerican politician. He is a member of theGeorgia House of Representatives from the 114th district, serving since 2023. He is a member of theRepublican Party.[2] Prior to being elected to the Georgia House of Representatives, Fleming was theNewton County Commissioner from 2009 to 2013 and the Chief of Staff for current Georgia governor,Brian Kemp.[3]
In July 2025, Fleming announced his candidacy forGeorgia Secretary of State.[4]
