Dr. Thokchom Meinya (born 12 October 1945) is a formermember of theLok Sabha who was servingconsecutive three terms. He represented theInner Manipur[1][2][3] constituency ofManipur and won the2004,2009 and2014 elections, as a candidate of theIndian National Congress (INC) political party.
