"Them Changes" is a song by American musicianThundercat. It was first released on June 18, 2015, as a single from his EPThe Beyond / Where the Giants Roam.[1][4] The track, which Thundercat co-wrote with producerFlying Lotus, was later included on Thundercat's full-length albumDrunk, released on February 24, 2017.[6]

Afunk andpsychedelic jazz song with elements ofpop andR&B, "Them Changes" features asampled beat from the 1977 song "Footsteps in the Dark" bythe Isley Brothers.[5] "Them Changes" was accompanied by amusic video directed byCarlos López Estrada.[7][8][9] In October 2022, after asped-up remix of the song wentviral onTikTok, an official "Sped Up" version of the song was released on digital platforms.[10]
