I merged in several storm-related links. There was a whole section in Weathernav about Clouds, which I didn't add here. There is a separate navbox for{{Cloud types}}, so I'm not sure that needs to be in this template also. This template refers toprecipitation as if it was one and the same withrainfall, which it is not. Precipitation includes all forms of water-based matter falling toward the earth from the atmosphere, and so includessnow andhail. If the precipitation line is to stay, it needs to be a summary of all forms, including rain and snow, which would mean changing most of the weather boxes out there, which is highly undesirable. All I'm asking is a template change so that the word "precipitation" is replaced by the word "rain" or "rainfall".
