Some of the examples from above only confirm my impression of this template being out of line. Northwestern has a title bar in its own color only, so does University of Pennsylvania. Massachusetts Institute of Technology on the other hand, proves my point 100% with standard Wikipedia colors throughout (in case you don't know what they are). --Poeticbenttalk06:14, 6 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
You're making my point for me. :) I'm arguing that there's no "standard" for these templates at all: some use full color, some use colors in the title bars, some don't use color at all. If you'd like to suggest a standard, then I really do think theWP:UNI talk page is the place to do it. Personally, I like the variety, but other users may disagree.
