I think templates like this might be better organized by conference, division, and team name. I'm not too dogmatic about it, though -- my thinking is mostly to ease navigation for people who can't remember some coach's name but want to reference him by team. I think this template should be more organized (along division lines).

I have come up with 2 attempts below. Would anyone have objection to these? If not, which do you prefer, or some combo of the 2, or some addition/subtraction to either?
