I'd do it myself but have no idea how to program such a thing, but there needs to be an option to expand both sections, such as in the case ofP. B. S. Pinchback, who served as both governor and lieutenant governor. In that case, rather than run the same template twice with different sections expanded, we could just run the template once and expand both sections by default.
