The list of Welsh teams that will participate in 2012/13 is not known for certain at this time. TheWelsh Rugby Union has decided to trim theWelsh Premier Division from 14 to 12 clubs. All 12 clubs are expected to take part to make it a 32 team competition (along with 12 English, 4 Irish and 4 Scottish).
