This is theSPA orsingle-purpose account template. It is used to mark comments made bysingle-purpose accounts with"– This user has made few or no other edits outside this topic".
Please remember that a comment should not be dismissed merely because it comes from a new account; in itself, this is anargument to the person, considered to be rather weak. Unless there are multiple new accounts or IPs voicing the same opinion (a typical sign ofsockpuppetry), there is probably no need to use this template; the user should probably be addressed personally instead.
This template should be substituted and it takes one or two parameters.
