This template'sinitial visibility currently defaults toautocollapse, meaning that if there is another collapsible item on the page (anavbox, sidebar, ortable with the collapsible attribute), it is hidden apart from its title bar; if not, it is fully visible.
To change this template's initial visibility, the|state=parameter may be used:
{{Foreign relations of the United States|state=collapsed}} will show the template collapsed, i.e. hidden apart from its title bar.{{Foreign relations of the United States|state=expanded}} will show the template expanded, i.e. fully visible.
Collapsible groups and sections option
- This template includes collapsible groups/sections. When itfirst appears, one of these groups/sections may be set to be visible ("expanded") while the others remain hidden ("collapsed") apart from their titlebars. To achieve this,include the parameter
|name wherename is one of the following words that identify the groups/sections (omit any speech or quotation marks): "Bilateral", "Multilateral" and "DPC"- For example:
