Use as aneditnotice on pages subject to theWP:ARBPIA restriction. The visibility of this template is a prerequisite to sanctioning an editor for violation of the 1RR restriction. Editors are expected to exercise caution on whether the restriction applies to a particular article, and if necessary ask for clarification. As the 1RR restriction was applied directly by the Arbitration Committee it is not subject tothe awareness criteria for page-level sanctions. However, other page-level sanctions, applied by administrators under the contentious topics procedure are covered by those requirements.
There are two types of restrictions under current ARBPIA sanctions:primary article andrelated content (seeWP:ARBPIA4 remedies #6 and #7). For pages falling underprimary article sanctions, simply use the default template:
