This template allows a user to signal their awareness of thecontentious topics system, so that it is not necessary to warn them using{{alert}}. This possibility was enacted bymotion of the Arbitration Committee in July 2019.

Usage

Towards the top of your own talk page, add:

{{Contentious topics/aware|topic_code}}

wheretopic_code identifies the contentious topic(s) for which you assert awareness, and thus waive the need for notice.

You can specify multiple topics; select them from the full list of topic codes below.
