This template is used to inform editors that they are being discussed on the administrative noticeboards. Note that this applies to ALL types of users, whether they be an admin, a registered account, or a temporary account.
This template does not necessarily imply wrongdoing on the part of an editor; all editors who are merelyinvolved in a behavioral dispute (e.g. previous blocking administrators of blocked users) can and must also be notified.
It does NOT create its own section.
