TheTeke languages are a group ofBantu languages spoken by theTeke people in the westernCongo and inGabon. They are coded Zone B.70 inGuthrie's classification. According to Nurse & Philippson (2003), the Teke languages apart fromWest Teke form a valid node with Tende (part of B.80):[1]
