TheTed Hendricks Award is given annually tocollege football's topdefensive end.[1] The award is named afterTed Hendricks, a member of both theCollege Football Hall of Fame andPro Football Hall of Fame, and is presented by his own foundation. In 2022,Caleb Murphy, ofNCAA Division IIFerris State University, became the first non-FBS player to win the award.[2] The most recent recipient of the award wasDonovan Ezeiruaku fromBoston College.[3]
