Town in ancient Bithynia

Tarsus orTarsos (Ancient Greek:Ταρσός) was a town inancient Bithynia, on the inland road east ofNicomedia. It is mentioned byStephanus of Byzantium.[1]

Its site is located nearTarsiye inAsiatic Turkey.[2][3]
