Well it was said that it would be released almost immediately after CES, and GameSpot said that it had an expected release of January. Given it's the last Wednesday in the month I would assume so.Velorium23:07, 18 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I think a Jan 24th release date is unlikely.Spadge said it still hasn't been certified on the 19th. He has also mentioned that Microsoft likes to do a week of PR around release and we haven't seen that yet. --Rex Nebular07:37, 21 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Bleh, yeah, at this point it might release in early Q2. Major Nelson just posted a link showing 10 games to be released weekly starting on feb 10th with no specific dates.Velorium20:49, 30 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Well, I know that the release datewas last Wednesday, but they missed the date due to certification and the like. That implies to me that Microsoft are eager to get it out as soon as. I doubt it will be this Wednesday, but I get the feeling it will be in February. --yilez 10:14, 05 February

I was reading about how they were having trouble squeezing this release within the size limits, but apparently yesterday or the day before they upped the size limit from 50MB to 150MB.
