I used to live near Brattleboro, VT. I had to use Bradley Field to get out of New England for trips. On Ch. 3 Hartford, I seem to remember a meteorologist that originated from the south somewhere. This would be 1993-1997. Any recollection?--{{SUBST:User:Coryma}}01:52, 21 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Reply to Coryma: could you be referring to Hilton Kaderli, from Oklahoma? He can be seen occasionally on tv commercials touting what I would casually term 'a gutter improvement system.'Seven1672 (talk)16:09, 22 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Does it bear mentioning that WFSB's analog transmitter is now operating at reduced power (50kW)? I used the FCC query near the bottom of the article, and found the reference to this fact with File No. BSTA-20090127ADW. I had previously read about this elsewhere on the web.Seven1672 (talk)17:48, 22 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used underfair use but there is noexplanation or rationale as to why its use inthis Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to theboilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent withfair use.
Please go tothe image description page and edit it to include afair use rationale. Using one of the templates atWikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described oncriteria for speedy deletion. This proposed deal involves Time inc's assets and Meredith's assets coming into one entity. As of November 2017 the Koch Brothers has been named as people involved in the deal. Its a pending deal that affects Meredith owned stations.

Please do not add unreferenced names as entries to the list of former employees in articles. This type of material does not abide by current consensus and its inclusion is strongly discouraged in policies and guidelines. These types of unreferenced lists are excluded because:
Sinclair is NOT buying WFSB anytime soon. Thus, Meredith will continue to own the station. also, WFSB Does not carry either Me-TV or Zuus Country, as Me-TV is technically already seen on some other station while ZUUS Country is not seen at all in Connecticut at this time.— Precedingunsigned comment added by173.20.81.165 (talk)16:18, 30 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Can someone include somewhere about WFSB'sEyewitness News Now like what it is, how it originated, and that the fact it recently relaunched as a 24/7 information channel and it's CT's only 24/7 info network currently? I would love to see this.2600:8805:D219:D800:F8E9:29A9:FEE:FBF2 (talk)16:25, 8 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Just curious, would there be more context about WWAX (what programs they carry, basic info) or it would just be listed part of WFSB page? I get this is a new station in CT.2600:8805:D219:D800:F8E9:29A9:FEE:FBF2 (talk)16:28, 8 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
