I have checked out some of the sources and so far they are looking like material is cut and pasted from them... and there are some NPOV issues, I will begin to rewrite for the NPOV, and help would be apprecited.Hohohahaha (talk)17:42, 16 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Statistics from the late 1990s and many undated statements. Several dead links. I've just deleted one section that was a copyvio (found using the Wayback machine on one of the dead links). I suspect that several others are too: the "problems" section reads like newspaper clippings and the "NGOs" section reads like brochure/advert clippings. A number of them are cited with first-party sources.
