Don't individuals purchase goods or services???Is there a definition of when a purchase has taken place? I.e., often one will read something like "no refund after 14 days of purchase". Has a purchase taken place when the intent to buy has been made clear, when either the money/goods are given or received, or when when both have been given and/or received?
