POTEnCIA database

The input database for theEuropean Commission-sponsored POTEnCIA project,[1][2][3] but not the source code, isapparently going to be made public at some stage. WRI database slated to launch early-2018

Subak Data Catalog

The Subak Data Catalog atdata.subak.org might be a useful addition when some secondary sources become available. The catalog is based on theCKAN framework from theOpen Knowledge Foundation.
