Former College player turned Actor pretty much.
I'm kinda disappointed in the (lack of) information on this page so I think I'm gonna spruce it up a bit.

Anyways, about the "Pro" football thing, I'm finding conflicting information about Speight's actual career. His personal page states that he played a season with them, but an ESPN article contradicts that information stating that hesigned but the USFL league died before he got a chance to play.
So, technically he was a player I guess. The info is ambiguous in my opinion, seeing that the claim he "played" is on his personal page (which reads more like a resumé), which is why I view it as skeptical.

I'm sorry, "according to Speight" is not a reference citation. I'll go out on a limb and say that 4.23 for a man his size is impossible. 4.3 is considered nearly superhuman. I'm deleting this garbage.KyuzoGator19:48, 6 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Terry Tate section re-written to include two citations (there were none previously). Removed a synopsis of the character and commercials from the acting career section (for length) and added a link to the standalone Terry Tate page, where this material (and more) is well covered.Guywelch2000 (talk)22:56, 28 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Can this be correct? Did he really join theBaltimore Stars at the age of 9?—Precedingunsigned comment added by86.11.16.34 (talk)00:31, 28 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah, I was wondering the same thing- it appears to have been edited now but still, he didn't play professionally at 14. His myspace page (http://www.myspace.com/mightyrasta) appears to show his high school graduation as 1981, so I'd think the Baltimore Stars in 1985 is right, but his year of birth is probably in the early-mid 60's- 1962-1964 most likely.Nickp08 (talk)05:06, 25 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
